Julius Peter, how did your stage name
'GOZILAY' come about?
LOL. While attending the Seventh Day
Academy, I used to live in Gros Islet
with one of my uncles on weekdays and
would go to Praslin on weekends. One
particular weekend, one of my uncles
convinced me to spend the weekend in
Gros Islet. The first weekend I was so 
excited to see all the tourists happily dancing
and partying in the streets, that I became
fascinated. I then decided to spend three
weekends in Gros Islet before returning to
Praslin, lol.
Upon my return to Praslin, one of my friends
shouted “Mi Gros Islet wevay,” (“look, Gros Islet
has arrived”). From then on my friends started
calling me Gros Islet lol. I liked the name, so I
changed my nickname to GOZILAY.
