Shojo Reviews

Golden Time

Tada Banri is a new university student, in Tokyo for his first time, to study law. He gets lost on the first day and finds someone else in the same situation as him named Yanagisawa Mitsuo.

They both hit is off at once. They eventually figure out how to get to the university, only to find a beautiful young lady, Kaga Kouko, standing there with a bouquet of roses. She smacks Mitsuo in the face with the bouquet. Both of them had been childhood friends. This is your typical romance Shojo, but it does dip into Josei a bit. It has nothing explicit, but the romance is a bit more to the realistic side instead of completely idealistic. It also has a twist, Tada Banri had lost all his memories since High School, and this actually becomes very interesting as the plot unfolds. All I can say without ruining it is that every episode will keep you hooked.
