“ You know Dasher, and Dancer, and Prancer, and Vixen … but do you recall the most famous reindeer of all?” The Dorset Players is proud to present the enduring holiday classic Rudolph the Red- Nosed Reindeer, Jr. performed entirely by a local youth ensemble. The beloved story soars off the screen in this Broadway Junior, 60-minute musical adaptation of the well-known television special. Filled with holiday hits like“ Rudolph the Red- Nosed Reindeer” and“ A Holly Jolly Christmas,” this production features all your favorite characters including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph. It’ s an adventure that teaches us that what makes you different can be what makes you special. The show is directed by Michelle Cox and choreographed by Renee Wymer with musical direction by Rob Ellis. Movie Magic: A Family Film Mini-Series at Bennington Theater is“ Movin’ Right Along” with a screening of Jim Henson’ s The Muppet Movie!
