Molly Murphy-Major , is a former BBA Alumnus . “ I grew up coming into the store with my mom and getting to know the brand , and that was a lovely experience ,” shares Murphy-Major . “ I fell in love with the brand , the story behind it , and the supportive group of women that work here . They help people of all ages discover the joy of experimenting with fashion , textiles , and color , regardless of their prior knowledge or experience with the brand .” To that end , Assistant Manager Aly Morgan takes pride in her team ’ s ability to build trusting and authentic connections with customers who share her enthusiasm for the brand – both in person and over distance . “ We make friends with our customers both inperson and over the phone , and we ’ re happy to give them tours of the store over FaceTime .” Still , Morgan highly recommends that customers come to visit the Manchester store in person . “ There ’ s nothing like it .
