A significant challenge I have had to overcome in lifelong learning as a millennial digital marketer is A / B testing , or experimentation . My previous ways of working have involved developing ideas that go through arduous approval processes and finally go out into the market after being declared ‘ perfect ’. Nowhere in that equation was a test and see , and let ’ s get it right . A team would have to get it right in the boardroom .

The results of this are astounding and help me deliver excellent value to my clients .
