Embedded cultural influences in a company can change a few factors within , however , coherence across the company ’ s culture , strategy , and purpose can make it more appealing to employees and customers , as well as drive business value . Making culture an incredibly powerful factor in a company ’ s long-term success .

Organizational cultures , often have apparent patterns of dress , the layout of workspaces , meeting protocols , and ways of working . These patterns come to life once they are effectively communicated across different departments within the organization . Of course , it is impossible to create a set of desirable organizational culture characteristics and assume everyone will appreciate it right away and get on board . Whether the purpose is to update employees on new policies , to prepare for a disaster , to ensure safety throughout the organization , or to understand the employee ’ s attitude , it is , necessary to integrate communication in all aspects of the organization .
