The problem is traditionally ‘most of this stuff ’ looking good, feeling good or eating well, has been left to ladies even though today the ladies are also busy, so I recommend that if you want to thrive you should identify areas you need stuff done that affect your well being but are not directly related to your career or profession and get help for these areas so that you can focus on your career without distraction.
