At the In Service Conference in May,
grant winners will be bringing
students to UMO to perform and
share their experience with you in a
workshop setting. The teachers of the

about the program.
The owners of Little Kids Rock are

other grant winners, highly
encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. The philosophy is well grounded
in education and the materials and support offered to teach are very impressive and
invaluable.
Why would an organization such as Little Kids Rock invest in our state? If what the
owners of Little Kids Rock envision will happen does come to fruition- with the
excitement for music education building in every area of the state, we can be a shining
example for the rest of the country. This is a win-win for Maine and Little Kids Rock.
The MMEA board is excited about the opportunity that could be coming our way. We
invite you to join in our excitement and take advantage of the opportunities coming in
May.
