THE OUTCOMES OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Training may be provided for an individual or a group. A verbal or written warning may be delivered to the person accused of harassment. The harasser may receive a stay-away letter or temporary restraining order. When appropriate, a letter containing a warning or disciplinary measures may be placed in an employee’s personal file. The person accused of harassment may resign or be reassigned, suspended, removed or terminated from employment or student housing. Protect accommodation, including a change in campus housing for a student, may be arranged for someone who is a target of sexual harassment.

PERCEIVED BENEFITS~ In my opinion there are no benefits of being sexually harassed. No one gets off easy, and everyone ends up hurt. The victims of sexual harssmentoften face lifelong emotional, mental, and physical consequences.
PROBLEM~Sexual harassment is not being addressed causing unwanted sexual advances that are becoming more difficult to remedy as time goes on.
This graph shows the recipients of unwanted sexual advances from 2010-2018. These were ones that were brought to attention there are several more victims who don’t speak up everyday.
