Snacks:

Greek Yogurt with Blueberries-

You will need…

1 container of plain Greek yogurt

A handful of blueberries

1.) Open and remove lid of Greek yogurt.

2.) Pour handful of blueberries into yogurt container.

3.) Mix together and enjoy!

Bagel with Cream Cheese Substitute

You will need…

A bagel

Some plain Greek yogurt

1.) Split bagel in half.

2.) Smear on a thin layer of Greek to either one or both halves of the bagel.

3.) Enjoy!

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with Italian Marinade

You will need…

Chicken Breasts

A bottle of Italian dressing

A Baking pan

Aluminum Foil

A Freezer Bag

Total time- about 40 minutes

1.) Before cooking, place chicken breasts into a freezer bag, pour desired amount of Italian dressing inside. Close bag, shake, and place in your refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

2.) (At least 6 hours later) Preheat oven to 380 degrees.

3.) Line baking pan with aluminum foil to avoid the chicken from sticking.

4.) Remove chicken from refrigerator and bag.

5.) Place the chicken in the pan and pour leftover Italian dressing over the chicken.

6.) Put the pan in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.

7.) Remove from oven and enjoy!
