Healthy Alternative to Your Average Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

You will need…

3 Eggs

A small bowl

A fork

A Spatula

A package of Turkey Bacon

2 frying pans

A freezer bag

Total Time- about 15 minutes

Part 1- Bacon

1.)Grab your package of turkey bacon, and take out desired amount of strips.

2.) Spray a frying pan with anti-stick food spray.

3.) Place bacon in the pan.

4.) Set your stove on medium/high and put the pan on the stove.

5.) Cook bacon for about 5-8 minutes and flip halfway through cooking process.

6.) When your bacon is done, place the strips on a paper towel to allow any extra grease/fat to drip onto the towel.

7.) Place left over bacon into a freezer bag and put back in your refrigerator or freezer.

Part 2- Eggs

1.) Crack your 3 eggs into a small bowl. Only let the egg whites strain into the bowl.

2.) Throw out egg yolks and shells.

3.) Use fork to mix the egg whites to an even consistency.

4.) Spray a frying pan with anti-stick food spray.

5.) Pour egg whites into the pan.

6.) Set your stove on medium/high and put the pan on the stove.

7.) Cook eggs for about 5 minutes, stir around the eggs occasionally to make them scrambled.

8.) Place bacon and egg whites onto a plate and enjoy!
