INTERVIEW TO: PEDRO VARGAS By: Ricardo Osuna This interview has the purpose of knowing more about sixth semester students and their way of dealing with problems during this time. Interviewer: How can you describe your experience at your last semester of high school speaking in an academic way? Interviewee: It’s been a very hard experience for me. I’ve failed some classes and I’m about to fail some others. So, I hope that I can improve my grades this last days we have left. Interviewer: What’s the hardest subject you have right now? Interviewee: Chemistry. Definitely chemistry. It’s been the most difficult subject I’d had since the very first day of high school. But, besides being the most difficult subject, it is also one of the most important of all because I have intentions of becoming a doctor in the future. Interviewer: What would you change in high school referring to your classes? Interviewee: It would be a very good idea if teachers made their classes a little bit more interesting. Some teachers think that just by playing some videos in class their teaching is going to become a lot but interesting. But, in reality this makes their classes a lot more boring. Instead of paying attention, students go to sleep during these videos. Interviewer: Thank you very much for giving me your time and patience. I hope you can reach your goals this last days of school and that you can graduate with the rest of your classmates.
