I was born 45 years ago in a small town called Campohermoso, that is located to the south- east of the department of Boyacá. It borders Casanare, so I am vehement and decided, because the llanera culture runs through my veins. Boyacense culture is reflected in my fascination with agriculture, the enjoyment of music, especially the coplas and songs of Jorge Velosa. He is the most recognized cultural manager of my local tradition. I am part of the "minority" of my country that is reluctant to accept war as the destiny and fate of Colombians . I have lived in Bogotá since 2007 when I decided to return my professional studies and dedicate myself in a professional way to the promotion of a more just and inclusive society, so I joined in the Escuela de Justicia Comunitaria de la Universidad Nacional (EJCUN), a working group committed to the democratization of law and decolonization of the justice administration in Colombia. In the EJCUN I met the love of my life, Arturo. We started a clandestine relationship a few years ago, but it was obvious to everyone, so we formalized it, and today we are a very happy marriage at home, and a very strong team at the University. The bad thing about this work-family relationship is that we talk a lot about work and that ends up boring people who don't belong to this circle . I am homey, impatient, lazy and sleepy. I am talkative, but also a little hermit. I like to dance alone and philosophize.
