2011— Jupp Heynckes is appointed FC Bayern head coach for the third time. He says:“ You can see the kind of stories that football writes. I was dismissed here 20 years ago, when some of the players hadn’ t even been born, and now I‘ m back.”
2012— After 120 minutes, the Champions League semi-final second leg at Real Madrid goes to a penalty shoot-out. Both teams miss and score in turn, and when Sergio Ramos fires wide, Bastian Schweinsteiger steps up for what could be the decider. He slots the ball home and FCB advance to the“ Finale dahoam“( final at home). There‘ s nothing more to say.
2013— THE FIRST ALL-GERMAN FINAL IN THE HISTORY OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TAKES PLACE AT WEMBLEY ON 25 MAY. ARJEN ROBBEN SCORES IN THE 89TH MINUTE TO MAKE IT 2-1 AGAINST DORTMUND AND BAYERN ARE IN SEVENTH HEAVEN AFTER WINNING THE TREBLE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
2014— Under Pep Guardiola, Bayern dominate the league like no team before them. They are already crowned champions on Matchday 27. Seven Bayern players participate in the World Cup in Brazil. Philipp Lahm, Toni Kroos, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Thomas Müller, Jérôme Boateng and Manuel Neuer are in the starting XI for the final. Mario Götze comes off the bench in the 88th minute and scores the winning goal in extra time. Germany are world champions.
2015— On 22 September, Robert Lewandowski fires in five goals in nine minutes against Wolfsburg. A record for the ages.
2016— The second leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie against Juventus at the Allianz Arena turns out to be a dramatic affair. A narrow win or a 1-1 draw would actually be enough for Bayern to progress, as the first leg in Turin ended 2-2. However, Juve are 2-0 up after half an hour and Bayern just scrape into extra time with a goal from Thomas Müller in the 91st minute. They then go on to beat the Italians 4-2.
2017— Jupp Heynckes takes over the reins at FCB for the fourth and final time, and finishes the season by celebrating the title with Bayern – for the fourth time.
2018— Third-placed BVB are the visitors at the Allianz Arena on 31 March and are certainly hoping to be a match for Bayern. The men from Munich thrash them 6-0, complete with a Lewandowski hat-trick.
2019— Under Niko Kovać, FC Bayern win their 12th double. Jamal Musiala joins the FCB youth set-up from Chelsea.
2020— The final rounds of the Champions League are played in a tournament format due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the competition taking place in Lisbon. Under Hansi Flick, Bayern kick off the proceedings by hammering Barcelona 8-2 in the quarter-finals and end the campaign with the trophy, to go with the
125 and by no means finished.

Bundesliga and DFB Cup. It is the second treble after 2013! Later, they add the UEFA Super Cup, the DFL Supercup and victory in the Club World Cup. Six trophies in a year marks an unparalleled success for FC Bayern.
2021— Hardly anyone thought it would be possible to break Gerd Müller‘ s record for the ages.“ Der Bomber” scored 42 Bundesliga goals in a single calendar year( 1972) – now Robert Lewandowski manages to score one more. Unbelievable!
2022— FC Bayern win the Bundesliga for the tenth time in a row. A record for the ages.
2023— Harry Kane joins FCB in August. At € 100 million, it’ s the most expensive transfer in club and league history.
2024— In the match against SC Freiburg in September, Thomas Müller makes his 710th competitive appearance for FC Bayern, surpassing Sepp Maier( 709). He becomes FCB‘ s outright record player.
2025— FC Bayern Munich celebrates its 125th anniversary. Many congratulations!
