Tyddyn Môn Newsletter
Welcome to issue 5 of the Tyddyn Môn
newsletter and the final one for this year.
2015 has been one of the busiest to date for
Tyddyn Môn with a number of changes and a
host of activities and events taking place.
Some of the highlights of the year include the
Folk on the Farm festival and Summer Fair
during June and July and the opening of our
pop up shop in the last couple of weeks. We
have also had the opportunity to work with a
number of external organisations over the year
including Coleg Menai, Deiniol Shopping
Centre and the Red Squirrel Trust Wales all of
which have helped us increase the profile of
the charity and create awareness of what we
do.
Looking forward to the new year we will begin a
number of new projects for our trainees
including photography and forest gym
sessions. We will also work hard on continuing
to increase the profile of the charity whilst
adapting and looking at new income streams to
help offset the increasing cuts to the public
sector so that we can continue to provide a
high level of support, care and training to our
trainees and tenants.
