MADE TO LEAD
10 PRODUCTIVITY
Rituals
OF SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
MADE BY JASMINE BROWLEY
Regardless of how you
personally define it, we’re
all in search of the same
outcome: success. How to get
there is another story. Studies
show that the best way to
attain success in health and
wealth is in closely observing
those who have attained it.
Here are 10 tips and tricks
that will help guide you to a
more fulfilled life.
1. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE MAKE
TARGETED LISTS.
It’s easy to feel like you’re in over
your head with the requirements of
building a dream project. Creating
a daily list of actionable steps that
need to be crossed off keeps suc-
cessful people honest, motivated,
and constantly progressing. Start
small and gradually build. Doing
this first thing in the morning sets
the tone for the rest of your day.
2. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE MAXIMIZE “OFF DAYS.”
There’s always time to learn something new or get things
done. Successful people live by this. Having an extra
pocket of time is a good indicator that your challenge is
either too small or you’re not thinking grand enough.
4. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE LIMIT
ACCESS TO DIGITAL
DISTRACTIONS.
3. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
IDENTIFY MISTAKES AND WAYS
TO GROW.
When faced with a chal-
lenge, overcoming fear, or
coming back from a “fail-
ure,” successful people are
focused on growth more
than they fixate on the out-
come of failure. Tip: When
feeling let down, reflect by
writing three missteps in
the process and how you
plan to fix them next time.

Society is constantly
stimulated by electron-
ic communication and
instant digital access. Text
messaging, the virtual
worlds of social media and
email can become serious
time sucks if not prioritized
properly. A study from
researchers at the Univer-
sity of British Columbia
found that when people
were limited to checking
their email just three times
per day, their stress levels
decreased significantly.
If possible, limit yourself
to checking your social
media accounts and
emails once a day to limit
distractions.
