新凤鸣集团股份有限公司创办于2000年，现已发展
成为集聚酯、涤纶纺丝、进出口贸易为一体的现代大型
股份制企业，下设中欣化纤、中驰化纤、中辰化纤、进
出口公司等九家子公司，拥有省级技术研究院——浙江
新凤鸣化纤研究院、院士工作站等科研机构。公司目前
占地1500亩，总资产67亿元，员工7000余人，先后被授
予全国五一劳动奖状、全国非公企业“双强百佳党组
织”、浙江省文明单位等荣誉称号，连续多年跻身“浙
江省制造业百强企业”、“浙江省民企百强企业”之列。
至2011年10月，公司销售收入突破百亿大关，成为嘉兴
市第二家销售过百亿企业。2013年公司全年实现产量
144.95万吨，完成销售收入131.75亿元，利税3.63亿元。
公司主要产品为各类中高档差别化涤纶长丝，拥有
代表当前行业最先进生产力的年产能18万吨级熔体直纺
生产线六套，聚酯部分系从采用杜邦工艺技术的美国康
泰斯公司引进，后道配套直纺设备系从德国巴马格和日
本TMT引进。此外，公司还拥有年产能15万吨以上的切
片纺生产线。
唯有技术革新方能立足长远。十余年来，公司始终
保持“几年大技改、年年小技改”的稳健发展步伐，加
快脚步开发附加值高、竞争力强的中高档差别化纤维，
现抽丝综合实力已位列全国前五，累计通过国家专利
158项，省级新产品鉴定百余项，并有多项被列入国家
火炬计划、星火计划，获得省市科技进步奖。与此同时，
创新技改大大推动了公司节能减排工作。

Xin Feng Ming Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000, and specializes in
polyester, filament production as well as the import and export business.
Xin Feng Ming Group now has a provincial technology center and 6
subsidiaries including Tongxiang Zhongxin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.,
Tongxiang Zhongchi Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Tongxiang Zhongchen
Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Xin Feng Ming Group covers an area of 520
thousand square meters, total assets up to 3,700 million yuan. We now
have staff of more than 5,000 and by the end of 2011 our sales proceeds
are over 10 billion yuan which makes Xin Feng Ming Group the second 10billion enterprise in Jiaxing. In 2011 the output reached 987 thousand
tons, sales proceeds are up to 11.978 billion yuan. Xin Feng Ming Group
has received a number of awards including National Labor Award,
provincial civilized unit and for years has been in the ranking of top 100
manufacturing enterprise of Zhejiang province.
We provide various kinds of polyester yarns of fine quality. We have
installed 4 polyester melt direct spinning lines with an average annual
production of 180 thousand tons per line. We introduce polyester
production lines from Chemtex and winding machines from Bamago and
TMT. Our PET chip spinning lines hold an annual production over 150
thousand tons.
Technical innovations are crucial to the further development of
enterprise. Xin Feng Ming Group encourages and supports technical
innovations. In the past years we have been making innovations every
year mainly focus on developing new products with high added values
and of high marketing competiveness. We have received the Provincial
Prize for Progress in Science and Technology and obtained 62 national
patents. Technical innovations make contributions to energy
conservation. Compared with 2010, the average annual energy
consumption of 10 thousand industrial output value declines by 18.6%.
In the next 5 years we will continue to pursue innovation and
development. We will provide products of high added values and aim at
enhancing enterprise strength. We are dedicated to introducing advanced
