Yundisi Fur Factory, was founded in 1992 and is a
traditional family enterprise with 20 years of experience in
manufacturing, processing, and foreign trading. As one of
the Chinese fur companies it has a long history in the fur
business.

嘉兴市曙光时装有限公司前身为嘉兴市云荻
丝皮草服装厂，始建于1992年，是一家传统的家
族企业，从事皮草外贸生产加工二十年。该家族具
有悠久的皮草从业历史，是中国裘皮世家之一。
公司历程
公司始建于1992年，开始与市场接轨，历经
三次迁址扩建。
2005年七月二十六日成立嘉兴市曙光时装有
限公司。
2011年生产总值1.5亿元。
2010年成立专业电商团队，建立自主独立商
城，以及筹备淘宝品牌旗舰店。注册有云之狄，
keepwarm keeplove两个品牌。
History of the Company
Started in 1992, the company has advanced in the market
and changed its location three times for expansion.
On July 26, 2005, Jiaxing Shuguang Fashion Co., Ltd was
founded. In 2011, its total output was RMB 150 million. In
2010, the company formed a professional E-commerce
team and then established an independent shopping
center, prepared Taobao brand flagship store and
registered two brands, “Yunzhidi” and “keepwarm
keeplove”.

经历三次迁址扩建，现工厂占地面积12000平
方米。
企业注册资金600万，2011年生产总值1.5亿元。
在欧洲、日韩等时尚国家都能购买到我们生产的产
品
企业拥有近二十人的皮草时装设计团队，确
保每年开发近两百个皮草时装款式。服装设计采用
买手与设计师结合的时装设计模式，所产皮草时装
与世界潮流同步，更是引领国内皮草时装风尚。
Size of the Company
By relocating and expanding three times the company now
covers an area of 12,000㎡.
With a registered capital of RMB 6 million, the enterprise
achieved RMB 150 million of output in 2011. Our products
are available in Europe, Japan, South Korea and other
countries.
With a fur designing team of nearly 20 people, the
enterprise can develop nearly 200 fur fashion styles. Our
fashion design adopts a pattern of combining the buyer
and the designer. The manufactured fur fashion keeps in
line with the trend of the world and leads the fur fashion in
China.
