CAREER PLANNING: How to Plan a Career
Saurabh Verma n a country where the career of a child is decided while the child is still in the womb, the importance of proper career planning has long been ignored (as also seen in the cult blockbuster Bollywood flick, “3 Idiots”). The reason why most of the people either fail or are dissatisfied by their careers is clear and simple; they never had a career plan. The moment we step out of school and decide to join a professional/degree course, the first thing that comes to mind is the value of the course and the career that will follow. What we fail to realize is the fact that career planning doesn't start after the college education but before the school education is over. Career Planning is not a onetime process but a continuous one. You can plan your career while you are in school, in college or even when on a job.
