Front Wheel Installation
To assemble your M2S electric bike, you will need to install the front wheel. Here are the steps to follow:
When your bike first arrives, you will find a large bolt on the fork to help protect the fork during shipping. Remove that piece using an adjustable wrench and set it aside or discard it.
With the spacer bolt removed, you are ready to install the quick-release skewer. Look at your skewer and you will see a nut, two springs, and a lever. Remove the nut and one spring and slide the skewer through the hub, re-attaching the spring and nut.
Lift the bike and insert the disc rotor between the gap in the brake pads, making sure that the axle sits in the forks

Finally, tighten the nut until the lever becomes firm to close, this should leave an imprint on your palm when closing the lever.
Check that the front wheel is centered and spins freely. If the wheel is not centered, adjust the nuts on either side of the axle until it is centered.
