In the following, the gender and marital status were in the focus.
Regarding the sexual orientation, the majority of the community declared themselves as Heterosexual and the majority of the population is an age rank between 16 to 44 years old.
The level of academic qualification varied among the interviewees. It is important to state that the majority of the community has some type of education; secondary and tertiary.
They responded to their experiences while living in Nottingham and the UK ranging from racism to cultural barrier, integration problem, trauma, sexism, isolation, hate crime and exploitation.
The highest population in terms of the country of origin was Nigeria, followed by Ghana and Zimbabwe.
