We pray for all of the medical staff who cared for Lyn , particularly during the final months of her life . We especially pray for the staff at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital , and the Glengarry Hospice . We give thanks for the compassionate care they gave to Lyn throughout the final months of her life , and pray that God will watch over them and continue to bless the work of their caring ministry ……( Pause ) We pray to the Lord .

We pray for all the departed members of Lyn ’ s and Paul ’ s families . Although they are no longer with us , we continue to remember them in prayer and love . We especially remember Lyn ’ s parents : Maria Teresa & Romeo Lepore ; her grandparents : Giuseppe & Annunciata Macri , and Fiorentino & Giacinta Lepore ; as well as Paul ’ s parents : Sam & Edna Lamond . May they all be re-united in God ’ s heavenly kingdom ……( Pause ) We pray to the Lord .

Fr Vincent : Lord God , giver of peace and healer of souls , hear the prayers of the Redeemer , Jesus Christ , and the voices of your people , whose lives were purchased by the blood of the Lamb . Forgive the sins of all who sleep in Christ and grant them a place in the kingdom . We ask this through Christ our Lord .
