� All rules & regulations outlined in this guide apply to transferees , however the resident owner will be responsible for actions and conduct during the term of the transfer .
Use of the Club
� Members , transferees and guests are to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion as ladies and gentleman .
� Conduct that is unbecoming of ladies and gentleman will be subject to disciplinary action including suspension of privileges at the discretion of the board .
� Proper Attire is to be worn at all times in accordance with your location on the property .
� The hours of operation of the various club facilities shall be determined by the head of each department and may adjust based on season , daylight , and utilization . � Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times . � The cost of replacing any property of the club , broken , damaged , or removed by a member , transferee , guest , or any member of their families shall be charged to the resident owner .
� NO food or beverages shall be brought of consumed on club premises unless purchased from the club .
� Animals are not permitted in the Clubhouse , Amenities Center , or the Golf Course at any time unless the animal is certified to perform a service . � Personal property should not be left unattended on club property . The Club is not responsible for damaged , lost , or stolen property .
Golf Practice Facilities
� Use of the practice facilities for warm-up is included in the fees on days of play only , and is limited to 45 minutes prior to the designated tee time .
Golf Cart Policy
� Carts are restricted to two riders and two golf bags .
