Rules & Regulations
General Information
• The club rules of Lakewood National are designed to protect the rights , and privileges of residents , their families , and their guests . The rules are also in place to uphold the quality and distinction of our community .
• Please note all violations will go directly to the board of directors for review .
Member Privileges
• Member of the Association : Every owner of a deeded unit , will be considered a member of the Association and be entitled to the enjoyment of all common areas .
• Member of the Golf Course : One individual for each associated unit is considered the member of the golf club . A spouse , or significant other , and children under the age of 21 who reside in the unit shall be entitled to the use of the golf course as well .
Transfer Privileges
• Any owner may transfer their right of use to the common areas and the facilities to his / her tenants provided a member transfer form is completed and signed by the owner and submitted to the administrative office . A processing fee must be paid , and the transfer must be in accordance with the policies set forth by the board of directors .
• During the period specified on the member transfer form ( Minimum 30 Days ) the owner ’ s privileges are rescinded .
• Privileges for the use of the golf course are transferred to one individual . That individual , his / her spouse , and children 21 years of age and under are entitles to the use of the Golf Course .
