UN NOUVEAU VISAGE EN 2022
L’extension de l’aéroport Roland Garros constitue un enjeu majeur pour le développement de La Réunion.
Elle permettra de traiter dans les meilleures conditions un trafic aérien en progression constante, tout en
renforçant l’image européenne et moderne de l’île. Le projet, qui aboutira en 2022, affirmera également
l’identité tropicale de la destination.
A NEW FACE TO ROLAND GARROS AIRPORT – The extension of Roland Garros Airport is of great
importance to Reunion Island’s development. It will make it possible to offer greatly enhanced facilities
to the ever-growing amount of air traffic, whilst reinforcing the island’s modern European image. The
project, which will be completed in 2022, will also emphasise the destination’s tropical character.
