dishes with a vibrant touch of Mexican
flavors and traditions. The menu is
driven by locally sourced and seasonal
ingredients. Guests selecting the all-
inclusive rate are encouraged to work

menus for the entirety of their stay.
We are also known for our multi-
leveled tequila tasting hosted by our
on-premise mixologist.

Blue Maya Resort is to be a self-
sustaining property that leaves as little
impact on the surrounding area as
possible. Being the only luxury resort
situated in the Sian Ka’an Reserve, this
commitment to sustainability is key
to every aspect of the property, from
energy generation to water purification
to the construction materials used to
build each structure.

backup generator for cloudy days.
