Ocean Wellness – The Spa— Explora Journeys
Explora Journeys designed Ocean Wellness – The Spa around the restorative connection between the body and the sea. The spa has 11 dedicated treatment rooms, including two private spa suites with outdoor relaxation areas, a couples’ room, seven individual rooms and a specialized skincare studio. Its thermal facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, salt cave, experience shower, ice fall and heated marble loungers, along with an outdoor relaxation area overlooking the ocean. The treatment menu ranges from signature Ocean Wellness rituals and facials to body therapies and Medi Luxe treatments by Dr. Levy Switzerland, with select services also available in guest suites. Spa appointments can be reserved up to 90 days before departure, making advance planning especially valuable for travelers hoping to secure a preferred treatment or time.

Mareel Wellness & Beauty— Cunard ®
Cunard’ s Mareel Wellness & Beauty program spans its four-ship fleet: Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. Drawing its identity from the sea, its Ocean Odyssey range uses marine ingredients including bladderwrack algae, sea salt and mineralrich clay. Facilities vary by ship, but Aqua Therapy Centers may include saunas, aromatic steam rooms, hydrotherapy pools and sensory showers. Harper’ s Bazaar Ocean Wellness now offers three curated programs across the fleet, including the Recover Journey, combining assisted stretching, reflexology, pain-management acupuncture, anti-inflammatory leg therapy and an Aroma-Spa Ocean Wrap.
