The Statue of Liberty was a gift from France to America, and was dedicated on October 28, 1886. It was designed by French sculptor, Frédéric Auguste B8rtholdi.

You can visit the Statue of Liberty every day of the year except on December 25th. To get to the island that holds the beautiful work of architecture, youʼll have to ride a ferry to and from Liberty Island, and tickets can be purchased to visit the museum and get a landscape view of New York from the crown of the statute. Approximately 4 million people visited the Statue of Liberty last year, which averages out to be more than ten thousand people a day.

No one can give you a suitable description of the Statue of Liberty. Simply stated, it is one of those rare locations in life that youʼll have to see for yourself to appreciate its value. Iʼm certain that you will enjoy this tour immensely!
