The ARTSCIENCE PROGRAMME This is an interdisciplinary educational programme at SJI that supports young people as they explore and develop groundbreaking ideas around an annual scientific theme. It seeks to prepare the next generation of innovators.
ArtScience IDEA Process It is a process of taking an idea from its infancy to fruition. Students not only learn how to dream big, but also how to work systematically to bring their ideas to life.
Aspirational Design Aspirational Design asks students to engage in projects in which they— rather than an external collaborator— are the clients.
ArtScience and Interdisciplinary Learning Students work simultaneously in multiple disciplines, and combine different modes of thinking.
Experiential Learning ArtScience draws on the resources of the community through partnerships with individuals, organisations, universities, corporations, and more.
