Josephians went on a school exchange programme with La Salle College
Exercise , learning about various training techniques to enhance sports performance . They participated in a Wing Chun introductory course — a martial art immortalised by Bruce Lee and Ip Man , specialising in close-quarter self-defense . The day concluded with a visit to the CupNoodles Museum , offering insights into the global impact of this Japanese culinary innovation .
The visit to Hong Kong Heritage Museum focused on an exhibition on Bruce Lee which provided valuable insights into Hong Kong ’ s martial arts and artistic cultures .
Jian Sixu ( FN403 ) shared , “ I learnt a lot about Hong Kong ’ s culture and how Sports can be done through technology . Learning Wing Chun in Hong Kong made me curious about learning other sports .’’
Mr Tan Yan Li , lead teacher for the trip added , “ I am confident that the experiences gained during this trip will resonate with the students for years to come , contributing to their personal growth and cultural awareness .”
