Alumni from the Lasallian schools united in song to the rousing skirls of the SJI Pipes and Drums at the LSIA170 dinner
SJI ’ s distinguished alumni and classmates from the Class of 1972 - SM Teo Chee Hean and Mr George Yeo at the LSIA170 dinner held at the Hilton Singapore , Orchard Hotel . This event brought together over 1,000 Lasallians from all the Lasallians institutions in Singapore and successfully raised funds for the Lasallian mission in Singapore and the region .
Alumni reunite at the SJIOBA Tour , Tea & Tall Tales session in Oct 2022 , where Mr Sng Ah Seng , a former Chinese Language Teacher who taught at SJI for 34 years shared his stories of the former SJI at Bras Brasah from his book . Mr Tang Wing Kee , another former teacher , also presented a new book chronicling the history of SJI ’ s National Cadet Corps to the school .
