LADLING OUT Quick Tuna Bake Lewer 6-8 porsies 2-3 cans tuna (120 g each) 2 cans sweet corn (420 g each) 1 medium onion, chopped & fried in 30 ml canola oil 250 g smooth cottage cheese 5-6 sprigs spring onions, chopped 4 eggs, beaten salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste 4-5 drops green Tabasco sauce 24 Oos East lans lam Oos lans Januarie/Februarie 2016 / January/February 2016 1 2 3 4 Mix all ingredients. Season and spoon into a sprayed oven dish or into individual quiche or muffin pans. Bake at 180 °C for ½ – 1 hour. Serve with a tomato and avocado salad and ciabatta bread.
