stuffs that we’re going to start doing our retreats from. It’s great. It’s about three day’s total of talks and work outs. We do yoga on the beach. We have a great little gym there. It is just a magical location and we all really bond with the food. The food is actually really good, pretty paleo-friendly. There’s the nude beach! AB: Is that your selling point? KK: Yeah, I’ll be on the naked beach. I can never convince anyone else from the retreat to go with us. My husband and I always go over there and hang out but hopefully maybe I’ll get some converts this time. You don’t have to go to the nude beach. You can stay on the one with your bathing suit on.
