done and you need to do it with a doctor who specializes in hormones. I had my hormones checked every year for probably 4 years because I knew I had problems going on and they just all kept coming back normal. When Dr. Dan ran my panels, I was not even producing any testosterone at all. For a 37 year-old woman that’s not healthy. It was stress. It was honestly not dealing with my stress that caused a severe hormone imbalance. Anyway, we did this panel and the sex question was brought up. Next thing you know, the whole panel turns into a sex panel and all we’re talking about is sex. The audiences riveted. Some of the things we talked about were the importance of making it a priority. I mean if we’re going to start talking about food with our ancestors, we need to talk about our sex connection with our ancestors. We know our ancestors had a lot of sex. It’s play. It’s so important – orgasms brings phenomenal chemical changes into our body that only benefit us. It’s relaxing, when we talked about stress release, I wasn’t going to say it earlier but that’s probably my favorite form of stress relief.
