Do you have any horses of your own?

I used to ride many horses all of my life since we all start from schools, but there was one I owe all my teenage life to, a schooling horse I was riding for 5 years, and just for a while, a really old one I used to take care of until he died. I am really grateful to know both of them. Unfortunately now I can't ride anymore due to a spine disability, and this is really painful because I had to change my life a bit.So photography is the most soul-filling thing I can do related to my equine passion. So i'm off the saddle for a year now

What is your favorite event to photograph?

I love show jumping, there's like more action than dressage, but dressage is more about precision. So I guess I can't choose, I love them equally. There are great moments to capture between horse and rider in both of them .

Can you remember the first time you tried equine photography?

The first time I tried equine photography was the summer of 2012, right after I had finished my pre-university exams, I knew exactly where my future was going to be or at least where I'd want it to be.

Where does the inspiration for your photographs come from?

I can't really define it.l think a big part of my inspiration comes from the silence of the loud things in life, moments feelings, aspects facts and ideas. It's not a standard source i have, but it's the main one.

Do you have a favorite photograph you have taken?

It was basically a snapshot of when my first real equestrian photo shoot was ending … I love it, it reminds me of the feeling you have after the training, feeling complete and calm (and kind of tired). I also love the dust that floats around and the light there. It creates exactly how I see things on this sport
