The Kentucky Medical Association Medical Student Outreach and Leadership( MSOL) Program is designed to promote community involvement, as well as to give students an opportunity to learn more about the political, social and economic issues in the health care system. The Kentucky Physicians Leadership Institute( KPLI) is the premier leadership training program for physicians in Kentucky. Each year, this exclusive program will select up to 15 physicians to participate in a year-long series of learning events that will cultivate the next generation of physician leaders across the state.
