Every September, we unite with communities across the nation to raise awareness, foster understanding, and save lives during National Recovery Month and Suicide Prevention Month.
At Seven Counties Services, we believe recovery is possible and that no one should face life’ s hardest moments alone.
Our team puts their all into delivering timely, evidence-based care across the full continuum of behavioral health. From immediate crisis intervention to long-term recovery supports, we work hand-in-hand with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure every person has access to the help they need, when they need it most.
Our Work This Month and Beyond: Recovery Support – From residential treatment and outpatient treatment to peer support and transitional housing, we walk beside individuals and families on their journey to lasting recovery. Suicide Prevention – Through our crisis continuum of care, we provide a full spectrum of crisis services from the first call to longterm stability.
Mental Health
Crisis Continuum of Care: Crisis & Information Center( 988) – 24 / 7 phone, chat, and text support connecting people to immediate help, hope, and local resources. The Crisis Clinic – Short-term outpatient care designed to stabilize crises and deter hospitalization. Mobile Crisis – Short-term outpatient care with face-to-face support in the community to help stabilize crises and prevent hospitalization. No prior enrollment required. Deflection Care – Partnering with law enforcement and community agencies to connect individuals in crisis to treatment instead of incarceration. Emergency Psychiatric Services( EPS) – Around-the-clock emergency support for adults and children in psychiatric crisis.
