“ I think my perspective has changed since I ’ ve had my daughter . I think about how I ’ d like her to receive health care and that ’ s the care I try to provide . I try to always think of how I ’ d want my family and friends and daughter to be treated , especially in this delicate time in life . I want to make sure that each day I continue to come in with the same vigor for my job and my patients as I did the day I started ,” she said . “ I think about the patients who are going through their own pregnancies and maybe don ’ t have a lot of support . I want them to know there are resources out there for them . I want to be there for them to ask the questions that they feel they can ’ t ask anyone else . Being able to be that person for my patients is such a vital and important part of my job . I truly cherish and value the role that I can play for my patients in their health care journey .”
