Easy Cheesy Biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 deg. F
In a large bowl combine butter and sour cream till well
blended. Next add flour and cheese and mix till all is
combined. It may look like it’s to dry, but trust me, it’s
not!!! In fact unless you want flat bread, lightly grease a
muffin pan and fill with mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. They will
come out so lite and fluffy you won’t believe your taste
buds.

1cp. Sour Cream
1cp. Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 sticks unsalted Butter softened
2cps. Self rising flour.
