- Glamorous products are sold on Asos and Topshop online.

- They are very active on their social medias.

- They have a very aesthetic Instagram

- Their website is very easy to use and reflects the brand well.

OPPORTUNITIES

- Glamorous is sold on the Topshop website,it would be a great opportunity if it was stocked in lots of their stores too. Considering the amount of stock online, if it was in store, it may be easier to spot.

WEAKNESESS

- They only have one store in Manchester Trafford Center.

- They have never done a collaboration before.

- They have not got strong advirtising. I discovered them by stumbling upon them on Asos.

- Their name 'Glamorous' is used for many other things. It is one of may Google searches that come up. It is not easy to find it amongst them all.

THREATS

-They have a lot of competition wth other more successful and well-known online stores such as Missguided and Pretty Little Thing. These are big competitors.
