Start something that will get people talking about you. Hashtag campaigns are a good way to start trends about your comapny. Make yourself known!

Respond to your customers and fans. They may have some helpful insight to how they feel about your business. Let them know that you hear what they have to say.

Keep all post focused on the brand or making a good name for the brand.Do not stray away from the purpose of having a social media comapaign. Do not post anything that could hurt your company.

10. Stay Drama Free

Do not get into any social media confrontations. They make you look ignorant and insecure. Stay focused on attracting followers and building a good name.
