Hello Friends And Valued Clients Of IT Pros Management ,
For those of you who don ’ t know me , I ’ m a native born Los Angeleno , California kid , proud parent , grandparent , and veteran . Those are things that I focus on every day . I ’ m also a proud entrepreneur . My business is one that I ’ ve been successfully running and growing for a few years now .
This year , I decided to take things a step further to create this magazine for you , my fellow local business owners . Information Technology is important , and I want to use this magazine as a vehicle to teach you about our industry and to build a community around IT in LA . I also want to help you understand the importance of things many of us take for granted when it comes to the technology behind running a business .
Because I ’ ve been involved in so many industries , I have a unique perspective to offer , and a big piece for me is having this publication as a means to provide that information . This is a platform to spread the message : “ There ’ s an organization out there that can help me navigate this labyrinth of information technology systems that is constantly growing , getting more complicated , and becoming more ubiquitous .” If you ’ ve found yourself lost in the labyrinth of information technology , I invite you to come to us with your questions , and we will provide a solution , a service , or a consultative relationship to guide you through .
We pride ourselves on long and fruitful partnerships with our clients . We are not simply an “ IT guy ” or someone you call to fix your computer . We are a fully mature , managed services provider with multiple levels of service beyond IT support . We provide risk management , cybersecurity , consulting , and Microsoft solutions . Our team takes a holistic and customized approach to providing services to our clients , and our company is based around that .
In August , our team will be attending Vision 2023 in Dallas , Texas . During this large industry gathering , all of our national partner firms will be meeting as a team for four exciting days of training , discussing improvement in service delivery and meeting with vendors on new solutions and services for our clients .
