Hey, Everybody. Luke here. The Suicide Squad movie is coming out, and there is lots of hype around the movie considering the dark and light tones combining together. I've read all of the New 52 graphic novels for the Suicide Squad and I can say that this movie will be great. The actors are stunning and the trailers are so amazing. I believe the movie will be great.
The soundtrack is stunning, as they are able to sync up the beats from songs to each track of footage, a feat that would take a lot of effort. An amazing story from the trailer. As someone that did a lot of editing for videos, I can say they put time and effort into this. The movie has amazing scenery.
But, we're not sure if it will be great yet. But let's get into that. From what we can tell from the trailer, it has a lot to do with Joker and Batman. As Joker is seen torturing someone who I can assume is HArley and dumping her into a vat of acid, just like her New 52 origin. Captain Boomerang is shown with and ego and a bad attitude, just like in the comics. He hits on Katana, who then puts her sword to his throat, which I believe is funny.
Deadshot and Rick Flag clearly are working together as shown in the hug. Which Deadshot declined, like Deadshot would. Batman is shown chasing Harley and saving Harley, which might seem confusing, but Batman doesn't kill, just like the comics. El Diablo is shown using and exercising control, just like in the Comics. They even show the bombs being implanted in their necks, just like the comics.
I could go on for hours on how amazing this film will be, but I believe this is enough to say, you need to see this movie.
