Police and government officials captured a massive moonshining still in upstate Virginia today. The still was a massive 300 gallon container disused as a boiler in a local high school. The janitor Jim Wilksonson was to blame. “He was very conscious but we could smell the brew from the top of the stairs, students would have known noting about it” said federal official Austin Taylor. The still was completely destroyed, cut into pieces and melted down for scrap medal. Before he was dragged off to prison the janitor confided in the police that the notorious millionaire jay Gatsby was employing him to make the massive amount of alcohol, so far there is little evidence to convict Mr. Gatsby. “Let this be a warning to the rest of the moonshiners, this is a federal offence and those who are convicted will for to jail for a very long time” said Taylor. Franklin county Virginia is the wettest county in the world; more illegal alcohol is made in this 50 mile radius then in the whole world. The police commissioner was just fired due to accusation of corruption and of taking bribes. “The whole state of Virginia has a still, it is a uphill battle. If we find and destroy a brewery they have time to make four more before we can find another” said the Sharif of a Franklin county. This is a true fact polls say that more than 56% of the Virginia population has illegal alcohol in their position. The federal laws have done little to crack down on moonshiners and it doesn’t look like anything will change anytime soon.
