Message from
the Chair
Rosie Ley
We had a very busy year in 2014 and
achieved some fantastic outcomes! We plan to
build on this by holding even more local events
and initiatives over the summer to engage with our
residents. Your views are very important as we use
this feedback to help monitor performance and
ensure we deliver fantastic services.
Our focus and priorities for 2015-16 will include:
Building stronger communities
Promoting our Local Improvement Fund through
our Estate Action days
Work with Community Development to use our
community centres as community hubs
Tackle anti social behaviour and areas of
dissatisfaction
Identify fly tipping hotspots and support quarterly
‘Skip Days’
Promote financial inclusion and respond to the
needs of residents affected by welfare reform
Develop online training and induction to support
younger tenants in tenancy management.

The collection for the pupils, who were dressed as
book characters, included a selection of
classic Roald Dahl stories and a mini box set of
Where's Wally?
