The desk research represents the quantitative aspect of the research. The partners conducted an accurate survey in order to obtain information in their own origin regions: Umbria( Italy), Alsace( France), and Istria( Croatia). The research has also been extended with the inclusion of EPGs of other regions, and will be further enhanced and updated during the project period with additional European EPGs and small producers.
