Water Wisdom We don’t think of “nutritional deficiency” in terms of getting enough water — but we should. Drinking distilled water is also recommended. Chronic Stress = Chronic Disease Stress arouses the adrenaline system. Short periods of stress (whether pleasant or unpleasant) are not damaging, but a constant, increased flow of adrenaline produces a number of serious consequences, including: • an increase in the production of blood cholesterol • a decrease in the body’s ability to remove cholesterol • an increase in the depositing of plaque on the walls of the arteries Source: The Hidden Link Between Adrenaline and Stress by Dr. Archibald D.
