RE/MAX Egypt signed a franchise agreement with one of the leading and biggest companies in
Egypt, Hassan Allam Asset Management. Mr. Hossam Allam, Managing Director of “RE/MAX Hassan
Allam” is joining forces with our growing family and plans to open his office by the beginning of the
third quarter of 2018 in Kornish El Nil, Maadi.
Mr. Hossam is the Chief Executive of Asset and Property Services at the Hassan Allam group of compa-
nies. This ‘Services’ division works in cities and industrial areas across Egypt providing the knowledge
and manpower to help assets run better. This includes industrial operations and maintenance
solutions for factories and water/wastewater treatment plants, in addition to, facilities management
of large commercial buildings and total property management of residential real estate. Uniquely
the group is Egypt’s first major certified Energy Service Company providing financed energy solutions and performance contracts. It is also proudly
partnered with RE/MAX Egypt to provide end-to-end property management services for property owners who want to remove the hassle of managing
tenancy issues.
Also joining his team is Mr. Rida Abdul Rahim, General Manager of RE/MAX Hassan Allam, who has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry
mainly in property and assets management in the MENA region.
