Letting Periods
and Costs
We offer a choice of letting
periods, so you can choose
which will suit you best.
34 weeks
You’ll stay in your room during term
time and move out during Easter
vacation whilst the University is hosting
academic conferences. If you need
to stay on campus during the Easter
vacation (eg. some final year exams
take place around this time), 34 week
tenancy wouldn’t be suitable for you.
37 weeks
37 weeks is our standard tenancy.
It means you move in the day you
enrol and keep your room right the
way through Christmas and Easter
vacation until the end of the second
semester in June.

43 weeks
Ideal for finalists, 43 week tenancy
means you can move in before the
busy enrolment weekend and stay
on campus until your graduation
ceremony in July.
51 weeks
Great for postgraduate students,
anyone studying Nursing and Midwifery
or if you need to live on campus during
summer vacation.
If you do decide during the
year that you would like to stay
on campus during the Easter
vacation, we always have a
limited number of rooms available,
which can be booked through the
Student Accommodation team.
