Barnes Hall
Holly Cross and The Oaks
Located between the Medical School
and Chancellor’s Building (also next
to the Sports Centre), Barnes Hall is
at the very heart of campus. Home
to 650 student bedrooms, it offers
traditional rooms, flats and premier
flats. We’re also investing in an exciting
development at Barnes, adding 450
new ensuite bedrooms ready for 2017/18.
Holly Cross and The Oaks Hall has over
400 bedrooms. All rooms are premier
ensuite with shared kitchens and it’s
a only ten minute walk to the centre
of campus. The nearest hall bars are
Lindsay Café Bar and Hawthorns Bar
which are both just a few minutes’ walk.

Hawthorns Hall

Hawthorns Hall is set in private
landscaped gardens at the heart of
Keele village which is a 10-15 minute
walk from the centre of campus.
It provides over 600 bedrooms and
being the furthest hall from campus
has a special sense of community all
of its own. Hawthorns offers traditional
rooms, flats and single occupancy flats.
You’ll also get a free bus pass to the
centre of campus for those days when
you don’t feel like walking.

Lindsay Hall

A short walk from the centre of
campus, Lindsay Hall provides a
selection of rooms for over 500
students. Lindsay Café Bar operates
a takeaway service and is popular
with all students for its Sunday night
pub quiz. Lindsay hall offers traditional
rooms, premier ensuite rooms and
single occupancy flats.
Horwood Hall
3mins from the centre of campus
Horwood is one of the biggest halls
of residence on campus with rooms
for approximately 750 students.
Right at the heart of campus, Horwood
is set just behind the Students’ Union
and next to Keele Hall, its lakes and
woodland. It offers traditional rooms
and single occupancy flats.
